Before you use these links please make sure you have logged a call or been instructed to do so.

  • Windows Quick Support – Once the link opens if possible select “Run” or “Save” the file to your desktop and run it from there. Click Run from the Open File Security Warning. Enter your name, and you should be connected.
  • Apple Quick Support – Once the link opens find the file, most likely in your downloads folder. Double click the zip file to expand the TeamViewerQS file double click this file, enter your name, and you should be connected.
  • Linux Quick Support – Once the link opens find the file, most likely in your downloads folder. Double click the zip file to expand the TeamViewerQS file double click this file and you should be connected.
